In 1984, TED started bringing together leaders from the worlds or Entertainment, Technology and Design to share their view, ideas and creations. For 29 years some of the world's most fascinating thinkers and doers share what it is that makes them who they are.
Including the two major annual conferences on the West Coast of the United States as well as in Edinburgh, Scotland, TED has grown to include Ted Talks, Ted Fellows, and TEDx, bringing world-changing innovators from around the world to regional and local levels.
TEDGlobal convened for 5 days of discussions and TED Keynotes by some of the world's leading thinkers, leaders and game changers.

In recent years, CSA Celebrity Speakers has been well represented at the TED conferences worldwide. The global economist Dambisa Moyo is set to speak this year at TED Global in Edinburgh, Scotland. In previous years luminaries such as Eddie Obeng, Pankaj Ghemawat, Niall Ferguson, Alain de Botton and Noreena Hertz have all graced the stage.
